Refund & Cancellation Policy
SeasonAura is free to install. This policy explains how cancellations work and how future paid plans would be handled.

1. Free plan (current)
SeasonAura is currently free with all features included. There is no subscription charge. You can uninstall SeasonAura at any time from your Shopify admin.
2. Future paid plans
If paid plans are introduced later, charges will use Shopify's billing system. We will update this policy and notify merchants before any paid plans go live. Merchants will be able to upgrade or downgrade without reinstalling the app.
3. How to cancel / uninstall
- Uninstall the app from Shopify admin at any time
- After uninstall, storefront effects stop. Disable the SeasonAura app embed in the theme editor if it remains listed
4. Refunds
While the app is free, there are no charges to refund. If paid plans are introduced, refund requests for billing errors can be emailed to support@oclocksoftware.info with your shop domain and Shopify invoice details.
