After installing the app, open Shopify Admin → Online Store → Themes → Customize. In the theme editor, open App embeds and enable “SeasonAura”. Save. Without the embed, admin settings will not appear on the storefront.

Yes on Online Store 2.0 themes and custom themes that support app embeds. Enable SeasonAura under App embeds, then save. Vintage themes that do not support app embeds cannot load storefront effects until you use a compatible theme.

Check that (1) the SeasonAura app embed is enabled, (2) store effects are turned on in the SeasonAura dashboard, (3) schedule rules are not excluding the current date/time, (4) visibility rules allow the current page and device (default is homepage only), and (5) you are not on a theme without app-embed support.

Yes. SeasonAura is free to install and includes all features — falling effects, presets, cursors, music, uploads, scheduler, visibility rules, and scroll-to-top. Pricing may change in a future release with clear notice.

The storefront engine uses lightweight canvas and DOM effects with lower particle density on mobile. You can disable modules per device and reduce density/speed. Test on your theme and disable heavy modules if needed.

From the SeasonAura dashboard, choose a decoration preset (Christmas, Halloween, Black Friday, Valentine, Diwali, New Year, Easter). It applies matching falling effects, cursor trails, and a promo banner in one step. You can still fine-tune afterward.

Yes. Image/emoji cursors and custom MP3 uploads are included. Files are stored via Shopify Files (write_files scope) within reasonable size limits.

Scheduling supports start/end dates and time ranges. Visibility rules let you target page types (home, product, cart, content pages, etc.), devices, and audience (all / guests / logged-in). New shops default to homepage only.

Uninstalling removes the app from your store and stops storefront effects. Shop data is deleted when Shopify sends the shop/redact privacy webhook, as described in our Privacy Policy. Turn off the theme embed in the theme editor if it remains listed.

Email support@oclocksoftware.info with your myshopify.com domain, a short description, and screenshots if effects are not appearing. Support is email-only (no live chat).
